Remembering Kenzie

For many of us, our dear friend Kenzie has been on our minds lately. On Novemeber 20th, her 17th birthday, we went to the cemetary to celebrate her life and the lasting impact she had on each of us. We shared memories, sang "Walk Tall You're a Daughter of God", and released balloons with messages to Kenzie written on them.

Kenzie, we love you and miss you!!

Kenzie's family spent countless hours to donate a tree to the Festival of Trees in honor of Kenzie. The pictures don't do it justice. The tree is absolutely breathtaking. When I was there, there was always a crowd of admirers surrounding the tree. It seemed very fitting to me that the most admired tree there was in honor of a young lady so admired by everyone in life.

The Festival of Trees runs through Saturday Decmeber 3rd. All proceeds go to Primary Childrens' Hospital.

Christensen Family, you did an amazing job! Your work reflects the beautiful person that Kenzie is.

The tree skirt around it was handmade by our very own Becky Clawson! Well done!
