Exciting New Things For Personal Progress!

We have so many new changes for Personal Progress! First of all we have new books which you all recieved at New Beginings. The new book has the temple on the cover which is the symbol for the youth of the church. It is to remind us that the temple is the reason for everything we do in Young Womens.

You all recieved a Scripture Bookmark and you can earn ribbons coordinating with each of the Young Women Values to thread through it. You will recieve the ribbons when you pass of an entire value which includes the value experiences and project required. They are so cute and such a fun addition to your scriptures!

You also recieved a charm bracelet! You all got a charm to represent this years Mutual Theme 'Be Strong and of Good Courage'. This year you will get a birthday cake charm on your birthday as well. You can earn the rest of the charms by passing off the Young Women Values with your required experiences and projects. These are adorable! We hope you are motivated to do your Personal Progress and start earning your charms! (Wendy mentions in the post below which charms reperesent which value).

When you complete all of your Personal Progress, you earn your Medallion. It has all the symbols of Young Womens:

The Beehive which is a reminder of harmony, cooperation, and work.

The Mia Maid symbol which is the Rose. A symbol of love, faith, and purity.

And the Laurel Wreath which stands for honor and accomplishment.

Keep up your good work so you can earn those medallions and where them proudly!

For those of you who finsish your Personal Progress, there is still something you can work towards. You can earn your Honor Bee! It can be worn with your medallion. To earn this you need to read the Book of Mormon again and do service including helping another young woman with her Personal Progress.
